UGDC Achieves Major Milestone as It Gets Approval Of 50 MMCFD Gas Supply Capacity

Universal Gas Distribution Company (UGDC) has achieved a landmark milestone with approval of 50 MMCFD of Natural Gas Supply Capacity to industrial consumers through SNGPL’s existing pipeline network. This marks a historic step in Pakistan’s journey towards a more open and competitive energy market, as UGDC becomes the first private Natural Gas Distribution Company to operate through the state-owned transmission and distribution network system.

This milestone is fully aligned with the Government of Pakistan’s vision and policies aimed at promoting liberalization, transparency, and a perfect competition business environment in the Gas sector.
