UGDC has started Natural gas supply from July 27, 2023, to its valued customers by using the gas network of both sui companies under ‘Third Party Access Rules 2018.

Gas supply from UGDC has the following benefits for its respected customers:

1. Ownership of Gas belongs to UGDC (a private sector entity).
2. Un-interrupted supply.
3. Terms of supply are concluded under B2B agreement (flexible).
4. Customer friendly service.
5. Billing done by UGDC, transparency is ensured.
6. Customers directly interact with UGDC only. Most cordial, respectful, helpful, and transparent interaction is ensured (as is expected of a private sector service company).
7. Gas metering done by SNGPL for UGDC. However, UGDC technical teams monitor the CMS on a regular basis, and we, share metering data with the customer on a regular basis. UGDC team also monitor the health of the CMS.
