Responsibilities:
- Manage business software, applications and databases.
- Support software implementation, system integration and upgrades.
- Provide technical support and resolve application-related issues.
- Manage backups, access controls and basic cybersecurity measures.
- Coordinate with software developers and external vendors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or IT.
- Minimum five years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong application-support, database and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and data-backup practices.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Minimum five years of relevant professional experience unless a higher requirement is stated.
- Strong communication, computer, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
- Relevant professional certifications and gas/energy-sector experience will be preferred where applicable.
- Fresh graduates and applicants with less than the required experience will not be considered.
