Job Description:
UGDC is hiring a professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Maintain front office cleanliness and order.
  • Assist with administrative tasks when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Office Management (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of receptionist or administrative experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
