UGDC is hiring a professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Maintain front office cleanliness and order.
- Assist with administrative tasks when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Office Management (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of receptionist or administrative experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
