- Organize meetings, prepare agendas and minutes
- Maintain office files and documentation
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
- Assist in various administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Masters/Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-4 years’ experience in similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional demeanor and discretion
