Job Description: UGDC requires an Office Assistant to support day-to-day administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the office
- Handle filing, photocopying, and document management
- Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Coordinate with various departments for administrative tasks
- Greet visitors and handle phone calls
- Support office events and meetings
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-3 years’ experience in similar role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
