Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide prompt solutions.
  • Manage network connectivity, email configurations, and data backups.
  • Ensure IT security compliance and safeguard company data.
  • Liaise with vendors for hardware and software procurement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 2 years of IT support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and security protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
