Corporate Lawyer (Female)

Location: Islamabad
Experience Required: 3-5 years

Job Description: UGDC seeks a Corporate Lawyer to provide legal support and ensure compliance with corporate and commercial laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents
  • Provide legal advice on corporate and commercial matters
  • Handle corporate transactions and due diligence
  • Ensure compliance with corporate laws and regulations
  • Manage litigation and dispute resolution
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel when required

Requirements:

  • LLM or equivalent international law degree
  • Corporate legal 3-5 years’ experience (Preferably foreign qualified)
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and commercial law
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple matters
