Mr. Khalid Latif
Mr. Khalid Latif, another member of UGDC's Board of Directors (BOD), is a graduate in Business. He is widely recognized as one of the prominent business personalities in the country, enjoying an excellent reputation within business circles. Mr. Latif has held prestigious positions in the business community, including President of the Abbottabad Chamber of Commerce & Industries, Central Chairman of the All Pakistan CNG Association in 2020, and Executive Member of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industries (FPCCI). He is known for representing Pakistan's Hospitality, Services, Tourism, Real Estate, Construction, and CNG sectors globally through his active participation in international events.
With diversified business experience, Mr. Khalid Latif has been actively involved in the CNG and petroleum business since 1996, accumulating 26 years of valuable business expertise. He owns and operates more than 20 CNG stations and petrol pumps across Pakistan. Additionally, he possesses a number of hotels in various tourist destinations throughout Pakistan, including Nathia Gali, Abbottabad, Kalaam, Naraan, Kaghan, and Swat, among others. His real estate and development company, known as Chinar Group, is a highly reputable firm in the industry. Furthermore, he is the proprietor of a transport company headquartered in Lahore.

Mr. Ashar Halim Quraishi
Mr. Ashar Halim Quraishi is one of the directors at UGDC. He is a law graduate with a diverse work experience stemming from his family's business background. In 2017, he assumed the prestigious role of Central Chairman of the All Pakistan CNG Association. With a remarkable 26-year career in the CNG and Petroleum industry, Mr. Quraishi brings a wealth of expertise to the board.
In addition to his role in the CNG sector, Mr. Quraishi has served as an executive member of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industries and the Islamabad and Rawalpindi Chambers of Commerce & Industry. He has also been a member of ANGVA, further demonstrating his active involvement in various business associations.
Mr. Quraishi is a highly respected and well-known businessman in Rawalpindi. He has actively participated in numerous international business events held in England, Europe, China, and America, contributing to his global perspective on business affairs.
Mr. Quraishi's business interests extend to owning multiple CNG stations and petrol pumps in the region. He successfully manages various industrial units, including the production of textile chemicals, HDPE products, bottling production, and authorized 3S automobile centers. His expertise further extends to the realm of clearing and forwarding business and encompasses extensive experience in the import and export of goods.

Mr. Pervaiz Khan Khattak
Mr. Pervaiz Khan Khattak serves as one of the directors at UGDC. He holds a graduate degree and is a highly respected and well-known businessman in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Mr. Khattak's business portfolio includes ownership of multiple CNG stations and petrol pumps. He is characterized by his youth, energy, and substantial expertise in gas retail, sales, marketing, and distribution, amassing approximately 24 years of experience in the CNG business.
Beyond his involvement in the CNG sector, Mr. Khattak has held the position of country representative for Chinese and European companies, overseeing the sale and distribution of CNG-related machinery, equipment, kits, and cylinders. He hails from an agricultural business family renowned for their production of citrus fruits and olives. Additionally, Mr. Khattak is known for his commendable social work activities in the area.
Mr. Khattak also holds a directorship in a natural gas well (flare gas) company, further expanding his involvement in the energy sector. His international engagement is noteworthy, with participation in numerous international events and business trips to approximately 20 countries, including America, Europe, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Dubai, and Azerbaijan.
In recognition of his leadership and contributions to the CNG industry, Mr. Khattak served as the Central Chairman of the All Pakistan CNG Association in 2014. He has also held executive positions in the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industries and the Sarhad Chamber of Commerce & Industry on multiple occasions. Furthermore, he has been a member of the international gas organization ANGVA.
Mr. Pervaiz Khan Khattak's extensive experience, international exposure, and commitment to various business and social endeavors make him a valuable member of the board of directors at UGDC.

Mr. Rafay Hayat
Mr. Rafay Hayat, a young director, is a highly educated and accomplished businessman. He completed his law degree from Brunel University in London and is a practicing lawyer with significant experience in handling legal agreements, Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), and arbitrations.
Hailing from a prominent business family in Islamabad, Mr. Hayat is actively involved in various business administrations. He plays a crucial role in managing and expanding his father's business empire. His business portfolio includes the ownership and operation of four CNG stations and petrol pumps in Islamabad.
Mr. Hayat is a member of the Islamabad Chamber of Commerce and Industries, further cementing his involvement in the local business community. Additionally, he holds membership in the All Pakistan CNG Association, indicating his commitment to the CNG industry and its development.
His combination of legal expertise and hands-on experience in the business sector makes Mr. Rafay Hayat a valuable asset and a promising young leader within the organization.
