Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory
  • Coordinate with various departments for administrative tasks
  • Greet visitors and handle phone calls
  • Support office events and meetings

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-3 years’ experience in similar role
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office)
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
