Job Description: UGDC is looking for an HR Executive to support human resource functions and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues
- Coordinate performance management and KPI formulation
- Maintain HR records and employee database
- Assist in training and development initiatives
Requirements:
- MBA / BBA in HR from a reputable university
- 2-3 years’ experience in policy development, KPI formulation, and performance management systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office
