Job Description: UGDC is looking for an HR Executive to support human resource functions and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues
  • Coordinate performance management and KPI formulation
  • Maintain HR records and employee database
  • Assist in training and development initiatives

Requirements:

  • MBA / BBA in HR from a reputable university
  • 2-3 years’ experience in policy development, KPI formulation, and performance management systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office
