System Administrator (Linux/Windows)

Location: Islamabad, Lahore
Experience Required: 2-5 years

Job Description: UGDC invites applications for a System Administrator to manage and maintain server infrastructure across Linux and Windows environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer Linux and Windows servers and ensure uptime
  • Perform Bash scripting for automation and system management
  • Configure network infrastructure and services
  • Manage mail servers and email systems
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Implement backup and recovery solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science / IT or related field
  • 2-5 years’ experience in Linux administration, Bash scripting
  • Strong knowledge of Network configuration and managing mail servers
  • Experience with Windows Server administration
  • Understanding of system security and best practices
