Internal Auditor & Taxation Officer

Location: Islamabad
Experience Required: 3-5 years

Job Description: UGDC invites applications for an Internal Auditor & Taxation Officer to ensure robust internal controls and tax compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct internal audits of financial and operational processes
  • Assess risk management and internal control systems
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations
  • Prepare and file tax returns and liaise with tax authorities
  • Identify process improvements and recommend corrective actions
  • Monitor implementation of audit recommendations

Requirements:

  • ACCA or Masters in Accounting & Finance
  • 3-5 years’ experience as an Internal Auditor (preferably with big 4)
  • Strong knowledge of taxation laws and audit standards
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and integrity
