Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Location: Islamabad
Experience Required: 15 years in the gas sector, including commercial, technical, admin and policy

Job Description:
UGDC is looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead operational excellence across all business functions in Pakistan’s transforming gas sector(Max Age: 45 Years).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all operational aspects of gas sales and marketing.
  • Drive commercial strategy and business development initiatives.
  • Manage technical operations and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Formulate and implement administrative and policy frameworks.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) from a recognized firm (preferably from big 4).
  • 15 years’ experience with at least 5 years as CFO (preferably in the energy sector).
  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles.
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic planning skills Maximum Age: 45 Years.
